Open the QuickBooks Online form or field where you want to paste the data
Copy the multiple lines from your source
Click inside the first line or first cell in QuickBooks Online
Paste using Ctrl+V on Windows or Command+V on Mac
If the paste does not keep line breaks, paste into a multiline text field first
For tables or lists, paste one row per line
Use tab-separated data when pasting into columns
Make sure each line matches the required field format
If needed, paste into Excel or Google Sheets first, then copy from there into QuickBooks Online
Check the pasted entries for spacing, line breaks, and alignment
Save or confirm the changes after pasting
