Select the text or item you want to copy
Press Ctrl + C (Windows/Linux) or Command + C (Mac)
Move the cursor to where you want to paste
Press Ctrl + V (Windows/Linux) or Command + V (Mac)
To cut instead of copy: select the item, then press Ctrl + X (Windows/Linux) or Command + X (Mac)
To paste using right-click:
Right-click the selected item and choose Copy or Cut
Right-click the destination and choose Paste
If you don’t get the expected result, try selecting again and repeating Ctrl + C / Ctrl + V (or Command + C / Command + V)
