Press the Print Screen key to capture the entire screen
Press Alt + Print Screen to capture the active window
Press Windows + Shift + S to select part of the screen
Open Paint, Word, or another app
Paste the screenshot with Ctrl + V
Resize or crop the image if needed
Click File
Click Print
Select your printer
Click Print again
