Open the browser on the source computer
Open the bookmarks manager or bookmark settings
Export bookmarks to an HTML file
Save the HTML file to a USB drive, cloud storage, or email it to yourself
Open the browser on the destination computer
Open the bookmarks manager or bookmark settings
Import bookmarks from the HTML file
Select the saved file and complete the import
Verify that the bookmarks appear in the browser
If using browser sync, sign in to the same browser account on both computers and enable bookmark sync
