Select the cell or range you want to copy
Press Ctrl + C on Windows or Command + C on Mac
Click the destination cell
Press Ctrl + V on Windows or Command + V on Mac
To paste only values, use Paste Special and choose Values
To cut and paste, press Ctrl + X on Windows or Command + X on Mac, then paste
You can also right-click the selection and choose Copy or Paste
Use the Home tab and click Copy or Paste in the Clipboard group
To copy and paste with the mouse, drag the selection while holding Ctrl on Windows or Option on Mac
To paste multiple times, copy once and paste into each desired location
