Unlock your iPhone
Find the app icons you want to group
Touch and hold one app icon until it starts to jiggle
Drag that app icon onto another app icon
Release your finger to create the folder
Tap the folder name to rename it
Type the new folder name
Tap Done on the keyboard
Press the Home button or tap Done to finish
To add more apps, drag them into the folder while icons are jiggling
