Open Google Docs
Create a new document or open an existing one
Format the document with the layout, fonts, headings, and placeholders you want
Add placeholder text for fields to be filled in later
Save the document with a clear template name
Go to File
Select Make a copy if you want to reuse it yourself
Or go to the Template Gallery if available in your Google Workspace account
Click Submit template if you have permission to add it to the gallery
Choose the appropriate category
Save and publish the template
Share the template link with others if needed
