Open your music app or player
Go to the playlists section
Select create new playlist
Enter a playlist name
Add songs from your library
Search for songs you want to include
Tap or click add to playlist
Rearrange the song order if needed
Save the playlist
Play the playlist to check it
Edit the playlist anytime by adding or removing songs
