Open the Photos app on your iPhone
Select the image you want to use
Tap the Share button
Tap Use as Wallpaper
Adjust the image position and zoom
Choose whether to enable Perspective Zoom
Tap Add
Select Set as Wallpaper Pair or Customize Home Screen
Choose Set Lock Screen, Set Home Screen, or Set Both
Confirm your selection
