Select the data range you want to plot
Make sure the data is arranged in columns or rows with labels
Click the Insert tab
In the Charts group, click Insert Statistic Chart
Select Box and Whisker
Excel will create the box and whisker plot automatically
Right-click the chart to format the data series if needed
Use Chart Elements to add or remove titles, labels, and legend
Use Format Data Series to adjust quartile calculation and show mean markers or outliers
Save your workbook when finished
