Launch The Sims 4
Start a new game or open an existing save
Enter Create-a-Sim
Click the Sim you want to edit or create a new Sim
Choose gender, age, voice, and body frame
Customize face, hair, skin tone, eyes, and facial features
Adjust body shape, clothing, shoes, and accessories
Use presets or manually edit details
Add traits and aspiration
Choose a name for the Sim
Save the Sim to your Library if desired
Click the checkmark to finish and enter the game
