Select the cells where you want the dropdown
Go to the Data tab
Click Data Validation
In the Allow box, select List
In the Source box, enter the items separated by commas, or select the range containing the list
Make sure the In-cell dropdown option is checked
Click OK
Test the dropdown by clicking the arrow in the cell
