Select the cell or range of cells
Go to the Home tab
In the Alignment group, click Orientation
Choose a rotation option
For custom rotation, click Format Cell Alignment
In the Alignment tab, set the degree under Orientation
Click OK
Use Wrap Text if needed to fit rotated text
Adjust row height or column width if necessary
