Touch and hold an app on the Home Screen until the icons start jiggling
Drag the app onto another app
Release the app to create a folder
Tap the folder name to rename it
Type the new folder name
Tap Done on the keyboard
Tap outside the folder to finish
Press the Home button or swipe up to exit edit mode
