Open Gmail
Click Google Apps and open Contacts
Select the contacts you want to add
Click the Labels icon
Create a new label or choose an existing one
Save the label
Compose a new email in Gmail
In the To field, type the label name
Select the group from the suggestions
Write your message
Send the email
