Wash the mango and dry it
Place the mango on a cutting board
Find the flat pit in the center
Cut off one side of the mango close to the pit
Cut off the other side of the mango close to the pit
Score the flesh of each mango half in a grid pattern without cutting through the skin
Push the skin side upward to pop the cubes out
Slice the cubes off the skin with a knife
Cut the remaining flesh from around the pit
Remove the skin if needed and cut the flesh into pieces
