Wash the mango and pat it dry
Stand the mango upright on a cutting board
Slice off one side of the mango, avoiding the pit
Slice off the other side of the mango, avoiding the pit
Cut the remaining flesh around the pit
Score each mango half in a grid pattern without cutting through the skin
Turn the skin inside out to pop the cubes outward
Slice the cubes off the skin with a knife
Repeat with the other mango pieces
