Wash the honeydew melon under running water
Dry it with a clean towel
Place it on a cutting board
Cut off both ends
Stand the melon upright on one flat end
Slice off the rind from top to bottom in strips
Remove any remaining green flesh or rind
Cut the melon in half lengthwise
Scoop out the seeds with a spoon
Cut each half into wedges or slices
Cut the slices into cubes if desired
