Dial `##61#` to deactivate forwarding when unanswered
Dial `##62#` to deactivate forwarding when unreachable
Dial `##67#` to deactivate forwarding when busy
Dial `##002#` to deactivate all call forwarding settings
Open the Phone app and check call forwarding settings if the codes do not work
