Log in to your FASTag issuer’s website or mobile app
Go to the FASTag account, wallet, or services section
Select the option for deactivation, closure, or cancellation
Enter the required details such as FASTag ID, vehicle number, or registered mobile number
Submit the deactivation request
If required, upload supporting documents or complete KYC verification
Confirm the request through OTP or other verification method
Check for a confirmation message, email, or SMS
Remove the FASTag from the vehicle after deactivation is confirmed
Contact customer support if the deactivation option is not available online
