Open the Paytm app and log in
Tap the profile icon
Go to Help & Support
Search for account closure or account deletion
Select the relevant account closure option
Follow the on-screen steps
Submit your request for account deactivation
If the option is not available in the app, contact Paytm support through Help & Support
Ensure all pending transactions are completed before requesting deactivation
Remove any linked bank accounts, cards, or UPI IDs if required
Wait for confirmation from Paytm after the request is processed
