Open the Paytm app
Tap your profile icon
Go to Settings
Open UPI & Payment Settings
Select UPI Lite
Tap Disable or Remove UPI Lite
Confirm the action
Enter your UPI PIN if prompted
Wait for the balance to be transferred back to your bank account if applicable
Check that UPI Lite no longer appears in your Paytm account
