Sign in to your 23andMe account
Go to Settings
Select Privacy
Choose Delete Your Data
Follow the prompts to confirm deletion
If prompted, confirm removal of:
Genetic data
Health reports (if applicable)
Family tree data (if applicable)
Research participation data (if applicable)
Submit the deletion request
Check your email for confirmation
Verify deletion in your account (data no longer appears)
If you do not see a deletion option, use the 23andMe support/contact page to request account and data deletion
If you previously opted into research, submit any additional opt-out/deletion requests shown in Research/Marketing/Consent settings
