Sign in to your 23andMe account
Go to Settings
Open the 23andMe Data section
Select Delete Data
Confirm the deletion request
Follow the email verification link if prompted
Download any data you want to keep before deleting
Remove any connected app permissions if applicable
Contact 23andMe Support if you cannot access the deletion option
