Click anywhere on the blank page
Press Backspace until the page is removed
Press Delete until the page is removed
Show formatting marks (Home → ¶) and delete the extra paragraph mark(s) on the blank page
If the blank page is caused by a page break: show formatting marks (Home → ¶) and delete the Page Break on that page
If the blank page is caused by a section break: show formatting marks (Home → ¶) and delete the extra Section Break (Next Page/Continuous)
Check for an extra paragraph at the end of the previous page: place the cursor at the end of the content before the blank page and delete extra ¶ marks
Check line spacing: select the paragraph before the blank page (or the whole document) → Home → Line and Paragraph Spacing → Line Spacing Options → set spacing to 0 for Before/After
Check page settings: Layout → Size (or Layout → Margins) and ensure they match the surrounding sections
If using headers/footers: double-click the header or footer area → Options → turn off “Link to Previous” (if present) → adjust/remove content causing the extra page
If using a table: click the table and remove any extra rows or ensure the table doesn’t force a page break
If the blank page is due to an object: click the object on the blank page and press Delete
Save the document after the page is removed
