Sign in to Gmail on a computer
Open the folder you want to clear, such as Inbox or All Mail
Click the checkbox at the top left to select all visible emails
Click the link that appears to select all conversations in that folder
Click Delete
Repeat for other folders or labels if needed
Open Trash
Click Empty Trash now to permanently delete the emails
