Open the Launcher
Find the app you want to remove
Right-click the app
Select Uninstall or Remove from Chrome
Confirm the deletion if prompted
For Android apps, open Settings
Select Apps
Choose the app
Click Uninstall
For web apps, open Chrome
Go to More tools
Select Extensions or Manage apps
Remove the app from there if available
To remove apps from the shelf, right-click the app icon
Select Unpin
To delete files from the Files app, open Files
Right-click the file
Select Delete
