Open the Kindle device or Kindle app
Go to your Library
Find the book you want to delete
Press and hold the book cover or tap the More options icon
Select Remove from Device or Delete
Confirm the deletion if prompted
To delete permanently from your Amazon account, go to Manage Your Content and Devices on Amazon
Sign in to your Amazon account
Open the Content tab
Select the book
Click Delete
Confirm the deletion
