Open Gmail in a web browser or the Gmail app
Sign in to your account
Use the search bar to find the emails you want to delete
Search by sender, subject, date, attachment, or label
Click the checkbox at the top to select all visible emails
Click “Select all conversations that match this search” if shown
Click the Delete icon
Repeat the process for other email groups if needed
Empty the Trash folder to permanently remove the emails
On mobile, long-press one email, select more emails, then tap Delete
