Open the Phone app
Go to Recents or Call History
Tap Edit or More
Select the calls you want to delete
Tap Delete or Remove
Confirm the deletion
To delete all call history, use Select All if available
If no Select All option exists, delete entries one by one
On Android, clear the Phone app call log from app settings if needed
On iPhone, remove call history from the Recents tab
Delete synced call logs from connected devices or cloud backups if applicable
Disable call history sync if you do not want it restored
Empty the trash or recently deleted folder if your device has one
Restart the phone after deleting the history
Reset the device only if you want to erase all data permanently
