Open Facebook and go to your profile
Tap your profile picture
Select View profile picture
Tap the three dots menu
Choose Delete photo
Confirm deletion
If Delete photo is not available, change the profile picture to a blank or different image instead
On desktop, open your profile
Click your profile picture
Open the photo
Click the three dots menu
Select Delete photo
Confirm deletion
