Open Settings
Go to System
Select Storage
Click Temporary files
Select the files you want to delete
Click Remove files
Empty the Recycle Bin
Open File Explorer
Type %temp% in the address bar
Delete the files in the Temp folder
Type temp in the Run dialog
Delete the files in that folder
Run Disk Cleanup
Select the drive
Check Temporary files
Click OK
Confirm deletion
