Sign in to your Apple ID account page
Go to the iCloud Mail settings
Turn off iCloud Mail
Delete the @icloud.com email alias if available
Remove any linked email addresses
Delete the iCloud Mail account from your device if needed
Contact Apple Support if you want to permanently remove the iCloud email address and cannot do it yourself
