How to Delete Stuff From iCloud?

Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad

Tap your name

Tap iCloud

Tap Manage Account Storage or Manage Storage

Select the app or category you want to delete data from

Choose the files, backups, or data you want to remove

Tap Delete or Delete Data

To delete iCloud Drive files, open the Files app

Tap Browse

Tap iCloud Drive

Select the files or folders

Tap Delete

To delete photos from iCloud, open Photos

Select the photos or videos

Tap Delete

Go to Recently Deleted

Delete them again to remove them permanently

To delete iCloud backups, go to Settings

Tap your name

Tap iCloud

Tap Manage Account Storage

Tap Backups

Select the backup

Tap Delete Backup

To delete messages from iCloud, open Messages

Delete the conversations or messages you want removed

Make sure Messages in iCloud is enabled if you want the deletion synced

To delete contacts, calendars, notes, or reminders, delete them from the app on your device

Make sure the item is syncing with iCloud

To remove an app’s iCloud data, go to Settings

Tap your name

Tap iCloud

Turn off the app

Choose Delete from iPhone or Keep on My iPhone if prompted

To delete your entire iCloud account, go to Apple’s Data and Privacy website

Sign in with your Apple ID

Request account deletion
