Open the KreditBee app and log in
Go to Profile or Account Settings
Find Help, Support, or Customer Care
Select Account Deletion or Close Account request
Submit a deletion request with your registered mobile number and email
Clear all outstanding loans, dues, and pending transactions
Remove any linked bank accounts or payment methods if required
Wait for confirmation from KreditBee support
If no in-app option is available, email customer support requesting account deletion
Keep the confirmation message for your records
