Open Instagram
Tap the Messages icon
Open the chat
Tap and hold the message you want to delete
Tap Unsend to remove it for everyone
To delete an entire chat, go to the inbox
Swipe left on the chat on iPhone or tap and hold on Android
Tap Delete
Confirm Delete
