Open the mPokket app and log in to your account
Go to the Help or Support section
Look for the option to contact customer support
Send a request asking to delete your account
Include your registered mobile number and account details
Ask them to permanently close and delete your account data
If needed, email their support team from the registered email address
Wait for confirmation from mPokket that your account has been deleted
Clear the app from your device after receiving confirmation
