Go to the Telegram Deactivation page: https://my.telegram.org/auth
Enter your phone number in international format
Log in with the confirmation code sent to your Telegram app
Select Delete Account
Click Delete My Account
Confirm the deletion when prompted
If needed, set up auto-delete in Telegram settings before deleting
Uninstall the Telegram app after your account is deleted
