Go to the Prime Video website or app
Sign in to your Amazon account
Open Account & Settings
Select the Membership or Subscription tab
Find Prime Video or Amazon Prime membership
Choose End Membership, Cancel Subscription, or Manage Membership
Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm cancellation
Check for a confirmation email after cancellation
