Open the Prime Video app on your TV
Go to the Settings or Account section
Select Sign Out or Deregister
Confirm the sign-out action
If no sign-out option appears, go to Amazon account settings on a browser
Open Your Devices or Manage Your Content and Devices
Select the TV device
Choose Deregister or Remove
Confirm the removal
