Open the Amazon app or Prime Video app on your phone
Sign in to your Amazon account
Tap the menu icon
Go to Account or Settings
Select Memberships and Subscriptions
Find the Prime Video subscription or channel you want to cancel
Tap Manage Subscription
Tap Cancel Subscription or End Subscription
Confirm the cancellation
Check for a confirmation message or email
If needed, open a mobile browser and go to Amazon.com
Sign in and go to Account Settings
Select Your Memberships and Subscriptions
Cancel the subscription from there
