Open the Prime Video app on your TV
Go to Settings or the gear icon
Select Account and Settings
Choose Deregister or Sign Out
Confirm the sign-out action
If needed, go to Amazon account settings on a web browser
Select Your Devices
Find the TV device
Choose Deregister to remove access
