Open your email account
Go to the inbox or folder containing old emails
Sort emails by date
Select the emails you want to delete
Use the delete or trash option
Empty the trash or deleted items folder
Repeat for other folders if needed
Set up email filters or auto-delete rules to remove old emails automatically
