Copy the sender’s email address or the message content
Find your phone carrier’s email-to-text address
Create a new email
Enter the carrier’s SMS gateway address in the To field
Paste the email content into the message body
Send the email
Check your phone for the text message
Use a phone number-to-email gateway if needed
Save the carrier address for future use
