How To Delete Pages In Word?

Step 1

Place the cursor on the page you want to delete

Step 2

Press Ctrl+G on Windows or Option+Command+G on Mac

Step 3

Type page and press Enter

Step 4

Close the Go To box

Step 5

Press Delete or Backspace

Step 6

If the page is blank, show paragraph marks with Ctrl+Shift+8 on Windows or Command+8 on Mac

Step 7

Select extra paragraph marks, page breaks, or section breaks on the page

Step 8

Press Delete or Backspace

Step 9

If needed, open the Navigation Pane and select the page content to remove it

Step 10

Save the document
