Open the Truecaller app
Tap the profile icon or menu
Go to Settings
Tap Privacy Center or Privacy
Select Search History
Tap Clear Search History
Confirm the action
To delete individual searches, open the search history list
Swipe left or tap the delete icon next to a search
Confirm deletion if prompted
