Open the Truecaller app
Tap the search bar
View your recent searches
Tap and hold the search history item you want to delete
Select Delete or Remove
To clear all search history, go to Settings
Tap Privacy Center or Privacy
Find Search History or Recent Searches
Tap Clear Search History
Confirm the deletion
If needed, log out and log back in to refresh the history list
