Open the App Store
Tap your profile icon
Tap Subscriptions
View your active and expired subscriptions
Cancel any active subscription if needed
Go to Settings
Tap your Apple ID name
Tap Media & Purchases
Tap View Account
Tap Purchase History
Review your purchase history
Note that Apple does not let you delete subscription history from your account
Hide purchases only if the option is available for that item
