Open the Threads app or website
Go to your profile
Tap the menu icon
Open Account settings
Select Deactivate or delete profile
Choose Delete profile
Confirm your password if prompted
Follow the on-screen confirmation steps
If Threads redirects you to Instagram, delete the Threads profile from Instagram account settings
Confirm the deletion request
Wait for the deletion process to complete
