Turn off Record what happened
Go to Game Mode
Turn off Game Mode
Open Task Manager
Go to Startup apps
Disable Xbox Game Bar
Open Registry Editor
Go to HKEY_CURRENT_USERSoftwareMicrosoftWindowsCurrentVersionGameDVR
Set AppCaptureEnabled to 0
Go to HKEY_CURRENT_USERSystemGameConfigStore
Set GameDVR_Enabled to 0
