Open Safari
Click Safari in the top menu
Select Settings
Click the Websites tab
Click Pop-up Windows in the sidebar
Find the website you want to allow
Set the website to Allow
To disable the blocker for all sites, set When visiting other websites to Allow
Close the Settings window
